路边菊水煎液抗实验性胃溃疡的研究

Effect of Water-decocted Solution from Boltonia indica(L.) on Experimental Gastric Ulcer

目的研究路边菊水煎液抗实验性胃溃疡的作用。方法采用水浸拘束法致小鼠应激性溃疡模型,乙酸法致大鼠慢性胃溃疡模型,观察路边菊水煎液抗胃溃疡的作用。结果路边菊高剂量组小鼠应激性胃溃疡指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);路边菊高剂量组与低剂量组大鼠乙酸致慢性胃溃疡溃疡指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论路边菊水煎液具有一定的预防和治疗胃溃疡作用。

Objective To study the effect of water-decocted solution from Boltonia indica（L.） on experimental gastric ulcer.Methods Acute gastric ulcer mouse models induced by water immersion stress and chronic gastric ulcer rat model induced by acetic acid were used to observe the anti-gastric ulcer action of Boltonia indica（L.）.Results Compared with control group,the high dose group of Boltonia indica（L.） could decrease the ulcer index in mice with acute gastric ulcer induced by water immersion stress（P〈0.05）.Both the high dose group and the low dose group of Boltonia indica（L.） could decrease the ulcer index in rats with chronic gastric ulcer induced by acetic acid（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Water-decocted solution from Boltonia indica（L.） has a certain preventive and therapeutic effect on gastric ulcer.
