黑籽重楼种内形态标记和ISSR标记的遗传分化研究

该文对黑籽重楼Paris thibetica种内两变种——黑籽重楼原变种Paris thibeticavar.thibetica与无瓣黑籽重楼Paristhibeticavar.apetala在形态学及ISSR分子标记上的差异进行了研究和比较。形态特征分析表明黑籽重楼原变种与无瓣黑籽重楼在萼片长宽、花药数、花丝长等7个花器官性状方面有显著差异,但通过在主成分分析图上不能明显区分两个变种,两变种总体形态上的分化不明显。ISSR分析上,从100个ISSR引物中筛选出8个引物,在3001500 bp间共扩增出36条带,其中黑籽重楼原变种特征带有5条,无瓣黑籽重楼扩特征带有8条。

The morphological differentiation analysis on Paris thibetica var.thibetica and Paris thibetica var.apetala was accomplished to indicate that the morphological differentiation between those two varieties were not significant,while the differentiations of the floral organs were significant.Generally,Paris thibetica var.thibetica and Paris thibetica var.apetala could not be classified by principal component analysis.In ISSR analysis,8 proper primers were selected from 100 ISSR primers.And 36 bands were amplified by ISSR-PCR,of which length range was 300bp to 1500bp.Paris thibetica var.thibetica had 5 characteristic bands,while Paris thibetica var.apetala had 8.
