摘要
目的探讨目标管理在手术室护理带教中的应用。方法制定合乎实际的教学目标,并对教学目标进行实施及评价。结果实施目标管理激发了护理实习生的积极性。结论实施目标管理克服了护生实习的盲目性和被动性,培养了护生的综合能力,提高了实习效率。
Objective To explore the application of objective management in clinical nursing teaching in operating room. Methods To establish teaching objectives consistented with the reality, then implemented and evaluated them. Results The methods stimulated the enthusi- asm of nursing students. Conclusion The methods have overcome the blindness and passivity of nursing students, then developed them compre- hensive ability and improved the efficiency of clinical nursing teaching.
