摘要 血小板糖蛋白GPⅡb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂可以有效抑制血小板聚集。作为目前较新的抗血小板药物,GPⅡb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂在作用机制、用法等方面都不同于传统的阿司匹林和氯吡格雷等药物。本文针对唯一在中国上市的GPⅡb/Ⅲa受体拮抗剂-替罗非班(欣维宁)略作综述。 GPⅡb/Ⅲa receptor antagonists can inhibit platelet aggregation effectively. As the newer antiplatelet drug for the moment,GPⅡb/Ⅲa receptor antagonists are different from asprin and clopidogrel at mechanism of action and usage. This article is an overview of the only GP II b/III a receptor antagonist -Tirofiban in the market of China.
