肺癌血管内皮生长因子中医治疗策略

Strategy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Lung Cancer

肺癌已成为我国第一大癌症,血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)能特异性促使内皮细胞增殖及直接参与血管增生,与肺癌肿瘤的生长、浸润和转移有密切关系。而中医药针对肺癌VEGF的治疗研究呈现出可喜苗头,展示了近年运用中医理论,切中病机,确立治则,有效抑制肺癌VEGF高表达的研究成果,并提出今后中医治疗策略。

Lung cancer has been the most predominant cancer in China. Vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） is a highly specific mitogen for vascular endothelial cells, which can induce endothelial cell proliferation. In vivo VEGF induces angiogenesis and plays a central role in tumor progression, infiltration and metastasis. However, lung cancer treatment with traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） by inhibiting VEGF overexpression has shown great potential. Here, we show the favorable results of lung cancer treatment with TCM theory in recent years. And strategy of TCM treatment in lung cancer is also proposed.
