摘要
目的通过试验确定咽喉雾化剂的提取工艺。方法采用水提法对咽喉雾化剂有效成分的提取进行了实验研究,应用薄层-紫外分光光度法对氯化两面针碱含量进行定量分析,并考察了不同条件参数下对提取效果的影响,优选出最佳工艺。结果本方的提取工艺为用8倍量水100℃煎煮1h,煎煮提取3次。结论咽喉雾化剂工艺设计合理,质量稳定可控。
Objective To ascertain the extracting technology of fauces aerosol inhalation by experiment. Methods The optimum extraction progress was selected by using water immersion extraction to study the effective constituent of the fauces aerosol inhalation. The TLC - UV spectrophotometry was applied to analyze the contents of the nitidine chloride quantitatively and investigating the influence of various factors. Results The optimum extracted process was defined as follows: Added 8 folds of water, decocted it up to 100 ℃, extracted for 3 times and decocted 1 h each time. Conclusion The extraction technology of fauces aerosol inhalation is designed reasonably, and its quality is stable and controllable.
