肠胃康和诺氟沙星治疗急性腹泻的疗效比较

Comparision of Changweikang and Norfloxacin in Treatment of Acute Diarrhea

目的比较肠胃康与诺氟沙星治疗急性腹泻的疗效,以期在临床减少抗生素的使用。方法将96例急性腹泻病人随机分为两组,肠胃康组52例,给予肠胃康口服,740mg,Tid,共5d;诺氟沙星组44例,给予诺氟沙星口服,300mg,Tid,共5d。结果肠胃康组有效率为92.3%,诺氟沙星组93.17%,两组间疗效无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论肠胃康可以用来治疗急性腹泻。

Objective To compare Changweikang with nordloxacin in the therapeutic effects on acute diarrhea. Methods We divided 96 patients with acute diarrhra into two groups,and 52 patients were given Changweikang 740rag tid for 5 days,while 44 patients were given norfloxacin 300mg Tid for 5 day. Results The effective rates of Changweikang and norfloxacin were 92.3% and 93.17%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Changweikang may be a beneficial treatment of acute diarrhea with no side effect.
