经纤维支气管镜治疗顽固性咯血15例疗效观察

Fibre Bronchoscopy for Intractable Hemoptysis:A Clinical Observation of 15 Cases

目的总结经纤维支气管镜治疗顽固性咯血的临床经验。方法对进行介入治疗的15例支气管咯血患者进行回顾性分析,观察术中、术后情况。结果15例患者活动性咯血均在术后24h内停止,术中、术后患者没有喘息、心衰、心律失常、低氧血症、气胸等并发症,2例患者术后有咽部不适感,未经处理2d后自行消失。结论经纤维支气管镜向出血部位肺段注入医用化学胶氰基丙烯酸酯治疗咯血疗效显著。

Objective To summarize the clinical experience in the treatment of intractable hemoptysis by fibre bronchoscopy. Methods We restrospectively analyzed 15 cases of bronchial hemoptysis treated by interventional therapy and observed what happened in intraoperation and postoperation. Results All 15 patients ,ith active hemoptysis ceased hemoptysis after operation within 24h. No postoperative complications occurred including breathing, heart failure,arrhythmia,hypoxemia,pneumothorax,and two patients had pharyngeal discomfort and disappeared spontaneously without any measures taken. Conclusion The method that medical cyanoacrylate glue is put into the bleeding site of the lung by fibre bronchoscopy to treat hemoptysis is effective.
