支持图书馆发展的基本资源及影响其获取能力的因素分析

Analysis of the Basic Resources to Support the Library Development and Factors to Influence the Obtaining Capacity

文章认为物质资源、人力资源、读者资源是支持图书馆发展的三种基本资源,并对影响这三种资源获取能力的主要因素进行了探讨分析。同时指出,尽管存在于环境中的许多因素图书馆无法控制,但图书馆可以通过业绩来提高其资源获取能力,促进自身发展。

Organization s resources to obtain the capacity determine the existence of an organizational situation,and the organization s resources to obtain further problem is an extremely complex issue.Ability to access resources of library as public cultural institution is influenced by many factors,this article thinks that the material resources,human resources,and readers resources to support library development are the three basic resources,discusses three resources to obtain the ability and points out that many factors in the environment can not be controlled by library, but can be adopted to improve the resource acquisition capacity by the performance and promote library development.
