摘要
生成圆角刀无干涉刀具轨迹,一直都是三轴数控加工自动编程中的难题。通过采用微分思想,将竖直线与圆角刀边保护面求交点,转化为与平底刀边保护面求极大z值交点。并将顶点保护面整合到边保护面部分,统一了三种刀型保护面的求交方法,因此可以提高后续算法的效率及稳定性。
It is always a difficult problem to get 3-axis interference-free tool path of torus cutter. The key problem of calculating the intersection between a vertical line and edge protection surface of torus cutter is converted into computing the intersection with max Z-value between a vertical line and the edge protection surface of flat bottom cutter, using differential method. In addition, combining vertex protection surface with edge protection surface as one part and unifying the intersection methods of the three shape tools protection surfaces,it improves efficiency and stability of the flow-up arithmetic.
