摘要
粉末材料的压实度对激光烧结成型有着直接影响。通过对尼龙粉末材料不同的压实度、激光功率和扫描速度下的烧结实验,得到了尼龙粉末烧结成型的最小能量和过烧能量,结合烧结样品线形质量分析,得到优化的压实度区间和烧结能量区间,为尼龙粉末激光烧结的工艺优化提供了基础。
Compactness of powdered material effects directly on laser thermal sintering. Though sintering experiments on PA6 powdered material with different compactness, power and scanning rates, obtained the maximum and minimum energy of thermal sintering, meanwhile, considering the quality of sintering line, found the optimized value range of compactness and sintered energy, foundations are provided for improving the selective laser sintering process of PA6 powdered material.
