An investigation of early neonatal contact rate of mother and early breast sucking rate and their influencing factors

目的 了解新生儿早接触率、早吸吮率及影响因素，以便采取针对性的干预措施。方法 对100例1岁以下婴儿母亲进行问卷调查。对10例分娩后住院期间的产妇进行了小组访谈。结果 新生儿早接触率为12.0%，早吸吮率为23.0%，均与母亲受教育程度和民族因素影响无关。多数产妇及其家属不了解新生儿早接触、早吸吮的知识和方法。部分县乡级医护人员未掌握新生儿早接触、早吸吮的知识和技能，县、乡级医院未将帮助产妇与新生儿早接触和早吸吮纳入接产常规。结论 被调查地区新生儿早接触率和早吸吮率较低。不仅应对县、乡级医护人员进行相关知识的技能培训，而且应加强对目标人群的健康教育。将帮助产妇与新生儿早接触和早吸吮纳入接产常规。

Objective To investigate early neonatal contact rate of mothers and early breast sucking rate and their influencing factors, so as to take corresponding interventions. Methods 100 mothers who had a child under 1 year of age received questionnaire investigation and 10 inpatient parturient women received group interview after their delivery. Results ？The early neonatal contact rate of mothers was 12.0% and the early breast sucking rate was 23.0%, which were not related to educational level and race of the mothers. Most of parturient women and their family members didn＇t know the knowledge and method about early neonatal contact with mother and early breast sucking of neonate. Some health care workers in county and township level hospitals were shorted in the knowledge and skills about early neonatal contact with mother and early breast sucking of the neoborn. These hospitals had not included the content about how to help mothers to contact with her baby early and make the neonate sucking his/her mother＇s breast early as obstetric routines. Conclusion The early neonatal contact rate of mothers and early breast sucking of the neonates are low in the region investigated. Not only the medical workers in county and township level hospitals should be trained for relevant knowledge and skills, but also health education for target population should be strengthened. Helping the mother to contact with her baby early and making the neonate sucking her/his mother＇s breast early should be included in obstetric routines.
