摘要
以过氧化氢和冰醋酸为原料对八乙烯基倍半硅氧烷(POSS)进行环氧化反应,制备了环氧乙烷基乙烯基POSS,考察了过氧化氢和冰醋酸的配比对参加反应的乙烯基数的影响。结果表明,当n(H2O2)/n(CH3COOH)为1/2时,POSS上参加反应的乙烯基平均数为1.5。环氧乙烷基乙烯基POSS相对于八乙烯基POSS具有更高的分解温度和成炭率,在质量损失率为5%时的温度为298℃,在333℃时分解基本完成,在650℃时的剩余质量分数为41%。
The ethylene oxide-based POSS was prepared by epoxidation reaction with peroxide and the glacial acetic acid as raw material.The influence of the proportion of hydrogen peroxide and the glacial acetic acid on the number of epoxy substitutes on octavinyl silsesquioxane was investigated.The result indicated that when H2O2/CH3COOH is 1/2,the average number of epoxy groups on POSS is 1.5.Compared with octavinyl-based POSS,the ethylene oxide-based POSS have higher decomposition temperature and higher carbonized rate.Under thermal decomposition test using TGA,the ethylene oxide based POSS had a weight loss of 5% at 298 ℃,the decomposition was almost completed at 333 ℃,and the residual mass fraction was 41% at 650 ℃.
