摘要
首先对蒙脱土(MMT)进行有机化改性,再用其作为填料,采用溶液插层法配成了有机蒙脱土(OMMT)填充脱醇型双组分室温硫化硅橡胶。对OMMT进行了FTIR、XRD、TGA表征;研究了OMMT对硅橡胶力学性能、透气性能、热性能的影响,并用FTIR、XRD进行了表征。结果表明,与MMT质量分数为20%的硅橡胶相比,OMMT质量分数为20%的硅橡胶的拉伸强度由1.39MPa提高到1.98MPa,提高了42.4%;断裂伸长率由190%提高到210%,提高了10.5%;透气量只有其0.003%,而透气系数只有其0.009%;热分解中心温度变化不大,分解的剧烈程度也得到较大程度抑制。
Firstly,montmorillonite was modified by organic intercalation agent.Then alcohol-removal type of RTV-2 silicone rubber composites was prepared by solution intercalation with the organic montmorillonite(OMMT)as fillers.The properties of OMMT were characterized by FTIR,XRD and TGA.The influence of OMMT on the tensile strength,gas permeability and thermal properties of the composites was researched and characterized by FTIR and XRD.Results showed the tensile strength of RTV silicone rubber incorporated with 20% OMMT was increased from 1.39 MPa to 1.98 MPa,and increase of 42.4%;the elongation at break was increased from 190 % to 210%,an increase of 10.5 %;the gas permeability volume was only 0.003% and gas permeability coefficient was 0.009% compared with that of the blank systems;the medium temperature of thermal degradation was little changed and the severity of degradation was inhibited evidently.
