摘要 惠州会展中心钢屋盖为大跨度的矩形截面斜交拱形杆件形成的波浪形双向曲面屋盖结构,这些杆件所处的位置、坐标和节点均不太相同,具有唯一性,且曲面相交相贯线复杂,坡口加工精度要求高,安装测量定位困难。详细介绍了铸钢件的安装和焊接技术,通过计算机模拟支撑的拆除顺序,对不同卸载顺序进行比较分析,最后确定合理的卸载顺序。结果表明,实际变形的结果值控制在理论值的15%以内,满足设计要求。 The steel roof of Huizhou Exhibition Center is a hyperboloid roof structure with large span rectangular section and inclined arch members. These members have different position, coordinate and joints. Welding groove requires high precision. Measurement positioning of installation is difficult. Installation and welding technologies of cast steel member are introduced. Based on the simulation of unloading sequence by totterer, different unloading sequences are analyzed to determine reasonable sequence. Results show that the error of actual defonnation value is less than 15% d theoretical value, which meets the design requirement.
