摘要 在大连英特尔FAB68厂房3层密肋梁施工中,由于密肋梁高1150mm,如果采用普通的全玻璃钢模壳,则密肋梁钢筋绑扎困难,同时模壳的完整拆除也是一大难点。因此对传统的全FRP模壳进行了改进。采用"FRP-钢角模+木模板组合脱模模壳",不仅克服了钢筋绑扎与模壳支设相干涉的矛盾,而且降低了模壳脱模的损毁率,加快了施工速度,确保了施工质量。早拆技术的应用实现了组合模壳及支撑在同层水平周转,节约了材料,取得了一定的经济和社会效益。 During the construction of 3-storeyed lattice beam for the factory building of Dalian Intel FAB68,because concentrated ribbed beam is with the height of(1 150mm,) reinforcement bars would be difficult to be bound if common full FRP shuttering were applied,and complete dismounting of the shuttering would also be a big problem.Hence,the traditional FRP shuttering was improved.The employment of "FRP-steel angular formwork+ wooden formwork-combined removal shuttering" not only overcame conflict between bar binding and shuttering erection,but also considerably reduced damage ratio of shuttering removal,speeded up construction and ensured construction quality.The application of early-removal technology made it possible that combined shuttering and bracing were turned over horizontally on the same floor,resulted in less waste of material and certain economic and social effect.
