摘要
北京雪莲大厦二期工程为方钢管混凝土框架-钢筋混凝土核心筒结构,高154m。结合工程实际情况,采用K50/70外爬式塔吊和ZSC800内爬式塔吊进行吊装施工。详细介绍了内爬式塔吊布设原则、安装、爬升的程序及注意事项,结果表明超高层建筑选用内爬式塔吊经济合理、安全可靠。
The structure of Beijing Xuelian Plaza Phase II Project is concrete-filled rectangular tubular frame and reinforced concrete core wall structure.The height of the building is 154m.During the construction,K50/70 external climbing tower crane and ZSC800 internal climbing tower crane are used.The arrangement principle, installation,lifting process and notices of internal climbing tower crane are introduced.Construction results show that internal climbing tower crane is economical and safe for high-rise building construction.
