摘要
合理的组织策划与实施对大型复杂项目群目标的实现起着重要作用。依托2010年上海世博会浦东AB片区项目群管理的实践,对大型复杂项目群组织策划与实施的难点进行了分析,梳理和提炼出大型复杂项目群组织策划与实施的成功实践和创新点。
Appropriate organization planning and implementation is of great importance to the realization of goals in large-scale complex construction programs. Based on the program management practice in Pudong AB area of 2010 Shanghai World Expo,the challenges of organization planning and implementation are analyzied,the successful practice and innovation points of organization planning and implementation in large-scale complex construction programs are abstracted.
