摘要
建筑意外伤害保险是法定的强制性保险,也是保护建筑业从业人员合法权益,增强企业预防和控制事故能力,促进安全生产的重要手段。回顾了温州市开展建筑意外伤害保险工作的3种模式,即独家保险模式、开放保险模式、共保体保险模式。共保体保险模式实行了公开招投标,择优确定了3家保险公司组成共保体来开展建筑工程意外伤害保险工作,介绍了共保体模式的运作特点,并提出了一些值得借鉴的做法。
Construction accident injuries insurance is a legal and obligatory insurance,which can protect the legal rights of construction industry employee,and increase prevention and control accident abilities.Three operation models of construction accident injuries insurance are reviewed,including unique insurance model,open insurance model,cooperation insurance model.Open biding is used to select three insurance companies in cooperation insurance model,and the chosen three insurance companies compose a cooperation department.Some operation characteristics of cooperation insurance model are introduced,and reference measures are present.
