摘要
顶进箱涵技术以其独有的智能化、安全、快捷等特点和优势,在地下工程中得到广泛推广和应用。控制地层位移以及保证繁忙线路的安全,是设计和施工中必须解决的主要问题。介绍了连霍高速公路郑州文化路北段在不中断交通条件下进行顶推箱涵施工的工程实例,对工程施工过程中出现的箱涵及道路沉降较大问题进行分析,认为粉土的剪切液化是造成沉降变形较大的原因,并提出采用超前加固地基土的方法。
The construction technology of jacking box culvert is widely used in underground engineering because of its unique characteristics and advantages such as intelligence,safety and quickness,etc.The main issue considered both in the design and construction is controlling of the stratum displacement and keeping safety of the busy expressway.Engineering example of jacking construction of box culvert in Lianyungang-Huoerguosi freeway engineering in Zhengzhou area is introduced,which under the condition that traffic was not interrupted.Problems of large settlement during the construction is analyzed,and the reason may be shear liquefaction of silt.Furthermore,advance strengthening method is introduced.
