南昌市疾控机构体系建设现状分析

The analysis on construction situation of disease control and prevention system in Nanchang city

目的调查与分析南昌市、县(区)疾病预防控制机构体系建设现状,为上级行政主管部门提供决策依据。方法设计调查表,对疾控机构体系建设进行调查并综合分析。结果南昌市疾控机构工作人员以业务人员居多,占79.34%;职称以主管医(技)师居多,占30.44%;学历以本科和大专居多,占52.2%;各级疾控机构用房均得到改善;但是政府对疾控机构的业务经费投入相对不足。结论全市疾控机构体系建设呈现不平衡发展状态,市级与县(区)级、城区与农村之间存在着较大差距。

Objective To survey and analyze the construction situation of disease prevention and control in Nanchang City and provide the basis for decision-making for the higher administrative department. M ethods The questionnaire was designed to survey the agencies of disease control and prevention. The result was comprehensively analyzed. Results Mast of the members in the disease control and prevention agencies was professional staff, taking about 79.34% in all. For professional title,most of them with Junior Tides, about 30.44% in all, and most of them with undergraduate and post-secondary education background, about 52.2%. The office buildings were generally improved, but the operating funds from the government was insufficient correspondingly. Conclusion It is showed imbalanced in the development situation of the disease control agencies in municipal, county and rural levels.
