糖尿病患者血生化指标干预前后效果研究

Effectiveness of changes of blood biochemical index of diabetes after intervention

目的通过增加糖尿病患者自我管理小组管理技巧及对糖尿病患者的健康教育,观察2型糖尿病患者干预前后血生化指标变化情况。方法选择对照组糖尿病患者92人、干预组糖尿病患者64人,分别在干预前和干预后进行血总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白a、载脂蛋白b、糖化血红蛋白的测定。结果糖尿病患者血载脂蛋白a升高、载脂蛋白b降低,具有统计学显著性。结论该生化指标值的变化在一定程度说明了患者血脂控制情况的改善。

Objective To observe the change of blood biochemical index of type 2 diabetes after intervention.Methods To measure the CHOL,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,Apo-a,Apo-b and HBA1C of 92 diabetes patients in comparison group and 64 diabetes patients in intervention group.Results The value of Apo-a increases and the value of Apo-b decreases significantly.Conclusion The changes of the biochemical index illuminate the amelioration of blood fat control.
