Detection and analysis of antibodies to rubella in students in Yongjia County

摘要 目的了解学生风疹免疫状况,为有效控制风疹流行提供科学依据。方法随机抽取13所学校未患过风疹的健康学生247人,其中小学65人,初中120人,高中62人。每人采集静脉血3ml,采用ELISA法检测风疹IgM、IgG。结果247份血清中,IgM(+)、IgG(±)者42人,占17%,其中小学和初中共38人,占90.5%;IgM(-)、IgG(+)者177人,占71.66%,其中小学和初中共129人,占72.9%;IgM(-)、IgG(-)者28人,占11.34%。结论近期内学生风疹病毒感染率较高,尤其是小学生和初中生;应加强对小学、初中的风疹防控工作,防止风疹疫情扩散蔓延。 Objective To know the immunization situation in students in order to provide scientific basis for the control of epidemics of rubella. Methods Totally 247 students from 13 schools who have never been sick because of rubella were selected by the method of random sampling, the number of elementary, middle and high school students are 65, 120 and 62, respectively. 3ml venous blood of each student sampled was cellected for the detection of anti-rubella IgM and lgG antibodies by enzyme-linkod immunosorbent assay. Results There were 42 students with the ratio of 17% whose lgM antibodies were positive and IgG antibodies were at the critical index, among them the number of elementary and middle school students was 38 with the ratio of 90.5%; 177 students' lgM antibodies were negative and IgG antibodies were positive with the ratio of 71.66%, among them the number of elementary and middle school students was 129 with the ratio of 72.9%; 28 students' lgM and IgG antibodies were both negative with the ratio of 11.34%. Conclusions The infection rate of rubella vials in recent time is high, especially in elementary and middle school students; The control and prevention rubella in elementary and middle school should be enhanced in order to prevent this epidemics from further spreading.
