高血压病92例动脉僵硬度与检测参数分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析高血压病臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)与检测参数的相关性。方法:92例高血压患者经动脉硬化检测,收集参数(0.9<踝臂指数<1.3),统计分析参数与baPWV的相关性。结果:年龄、收缩压(SYS)、舒张压(DIA)、脉压(PP)及射血指数(ET/PEP)与baPWV存在正相关性。结论:baPWV能敏感反映高血压病动脉僵硬度,是高血压合并心脏病的预测因子。
