摘要
本实验主要研究家蚕茧丝纤度与强伸性能之间的相关性,结果表明:①家蚕不同品种间茧丝纤度和断裂强力、伸长率的相关系数分别为0.654、-0.181;②家蚕同一品种不同个体间的茧丝纤度和强伸性能均呈较明显的正(或负)相关性,但未达到显著水平;③同一个体不同茧层的茧丝纤度和强伸性能之间大部分呈显著或极显著正相关。本研究结果初步表明,茧丝纤度与强伸性能之间的相关性大小:不同茧层>同一品种不同个体>不同品种。
Correlation analysis of silk size and tensile properties of silk of Bombyx mori is reported in this paper. The correlation coefficients of silk size with breaking force and elongation rate among different B. mori varieties are 0. 654 and -0. 181, respectively. Silk size and tensile properties are positively or negatively correlated among individuals of the same variety, but the correlation is not significant statistically. In different layers of the same silk cocoon, the correlation between silk size and tensile properties of the same individual is largely significant or highly significant. The preliminary results of this study show that different layers of the same silk cocoon have the greatest correlation between silk size and tensile properties, followed in sequence by different individuals of the same variety and different varieties.
