经脐单孔腹腔镜胆囊切除术的应用(附40例报告)

Application of transumbilical single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy:with a report of 40cases

目的：探讨经脐单切口腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可行性及应用价值。方法：回顾分析40例胆囊结石及胆囊息肉样病变患者行经脐单切口腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果：手术时间30～60min,平均42min;术中出血10～15ml,平均11ml。无并发症发生。术后随访1～3个月,患者均无腹痛、发热及黄疸。脐部瘢痕隐蔽、不明显。结论：经脐单切口腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆囊良性疾病安全有效,且更具微创性,美容效果更佳。

Objective：To explore the feasibility and value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy through a transumbilical single incision.Methods：The clinical data of 40 patients with gallbladder calculi or polyps who underwent transumbilical single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed.Results：The mean operative time was 42min（30-60min）.The mean intraoperative blood loss was 11ml（10-15ml）.No complications occurred intraoperatively or postoperatively.These patients didn t suffer abdominal pain, fever or jaundice during 1-3 months follow up after operation. Umbilical scar wasn t obvious. Conclusions：Transumbilical single incision laparoscopie cholecystectomy is a minimally invasive, safe and effective procedure for benign diseases of the gallbladder with excellent cosmetic results.
