摘要
结合下福水利枢纽工程建设的实践,介绍了工程投资控制管理机构的设置及其主要职能。从前期设计优化、资金使用计划等方面论述了投资控制的方法及成果。
Combined with the practice of Xiafu Hydraulic Complex, the author introduced the structure and functions of project investment control management department; discussed the methods and achievements of investment control in respects of optimization of design, procurement of electro-mechanical equipment, selection of erection and supervision contractors, and capital utilization plan etc.
