The construction of Xiafu Hydraulic Complex involves management of much electro-mechanical items. In view of the major management tasks, a simplified and practical management department was set up. The management methods are innovative and flexible with the employer as guide. Effective measures were adopted to rapidly settle the problems seen during construction period. A great deal of work had been conducted for the procurement and supply of equipment, interface coordination between different contractors, site installation and synchronizing commissioning test, rendering significant achievements.
