摘要
介绍了下福水利枢纽工程库区淹没的基本情况和库区移民安置原则、补偿方案的特点,提出了对解决移民后期扶持问题的思路,并对工程的淹没补偿成果做了评价。
An introduction was made on the inundation scope of Xiafu Hydraulic Complex, the principles for the resettlement of inhabitants in the reservoir area, and the features of compensation scheme, based on which the author put forward the proposal for supporting the reservoir migrants in the future, and evaluated the achievements of inundation compensation.K
