正确认识和理解我国《劳动合同法》中试用期的相关法律条款,有助于规范用人单位与劳动者自身的行为,减少不必要的劳动争议,对于构建和谐的劳动关系具有重要的现实意义。
The correct understanding of the relative law of "probation period" in Labor Contract Law is helpful for the standardization of the behavior of both employers and labors,reducing nonessential labor disputes and favorable for constructing harmonious labor relationship.
