摘要
高校辅导员的职业倦怠程度不高,总体状况良好,去个性化程度较轻,个人成就感处于中等偏高程度;性别、学历、职称、工作量和工作强度等变量对辅导员的职业倦怠有一定影响。个人、组织、学校和社会要共同努力,有效消除辅导员的职业倦怠感。
The professional tiredness of instructors in university is not so serious,the overall state is favorable,and the individual sense of success is under the middle level.Sex,degree,professional title,work and work strength all exert influences on instructors.The joint efforts of individual,organization,university and society can eliminate instructors' professional tiredness effectively.
