On Modernization Reformation of China Traditional Law Culture

中国的法律文化源远流长,博大精深,在世界法律文化史上占有重要地位。我们应该以"历史的,发展的,全面的"辨证的眼光去看待传统法律文化。文章试着把传统法律文化放入到"现代化"的大潮中,揭示传统法律文化对中国的法治建设的积极的合理性因素,并探寻其现代价值意义。

Law culture in China has long history, and it plays a very important role in the world law culture. We think we should evaluate traditional law culture from historical, developing and all-- around angle. The paper tries to put traditional law culture in the process of ＂Modernization＂, points its rational and positive factor, and finds its modern value.
