专科层次学前教育专业培养目标探究

Research on Training Objectives of Pre-school Education in Technical Schools

随着社会的不断发展和学前教育内部结构的快速调整,专科层次学前教育专业的既有培养目标与当前教学实践的矛盾与冲突明显,表现为目标与社会人才需要的差距,目标与学前教育内部结构的不平衡,各层次目标的界限模糊等等。本研究在分析当前专科层次学前教育目标与培养规格特点的基础上,以萍乡高专专科层次学前教育专业为例,提出培养目标调整的方向和规格表述。

With the continuous development of the society, and the structural adjustment in Preschool education, the existing training objectives of pre -- school education in technical schools contradicts and conflicts with the current teaching practice, including a gap between goals and social talents demands; imbalance between goals and internal structure of pre -- school education, fuzzy goals among all levels and so on. Based on the current training objectives of pre--school education in technical schools and the features of training specification, the research then takes Pingxiang College as an example, proposes some suggestion to adjust training objectives and specification declaration
