This paper analyzes the characteristics of Spacecraft Fault Diagnosis System and the basic idea and principle of Role-Based Access Control model. It puts forward and realizes a Group-Based Access Control strategy,which makes the access control of system simpler,more safe,reliable and efficient. And it conforms to the management characteristics of Spacecraft Fault Diagnosis System.
