摘要
探讨航空发动机转子叶片受迫振动可能存在的共振形式,分析叶片振动的诱因机理.指出发动机静子可调叶片的调节规律如果出现错误,就会象簧鸣乐器中的簧片一样发出声波,在某种条件下可能成为转子叶片的激振源.当可调叶片发出的声波频率与转子叶片的某阶固有频率或其整数倍、分数倍接近时,会使转子叶片发生共振.此外,由声波引起的气动力也可能导致叶片颤振.上述两种情况都会造成叶片损坏.
Various types of resonance of the aero-engine rotor blade forced vibration are investigated and mechanisms of vibration occurrence are analyzed. If the regulation of the engine stator adjustable blade arises error, sound waves will take place as the reed vibration and it will change into excitation of blade vibration. When the frequency of sound wave occurred by adjustable blade is the integer time, or the fraction time of a natural frequency of the rotor blade the resonance will occur. In addition, sound waves may cause also the flutter of blades. In both cases the blades can damage.
