摘要 频繁出现的食品安全危机事件,对市场消费信心产生严重负面影响。主要原因在于食品安全监管法规不完善、监管机构设置不尽合理以及安全标准滞后。应加强食品安全监测,不断提升检验水平,完善食品安全相关标准,构建食品安全信息、诚信和认证体系,并促使食品安全专项整治工作制度化。 In recent years,there frequently happened food safety crisis incidents in China and it had serious negative impact on consumers confidence. The reasons are as follows:firstly,food safety monitoring regulations were incomplete. Secondly,the regulatory bodies was set up unreasonably. In addition,the food safety criteria correspondingly lagged behind the economic growth. Undoubtedly,China should take the effective actions to improve the food safety ,such as strengthening food safety supervision , advancing test level, perfecting relevant food safety criteria, constructing food safety information and certification credit system etc.
