摘要
民营企业与职业经理人之间的信任问题一直是困扰双方的一个难题。试从博弈论的视角来探讨民营企业和职业经理人之间的非完全信息动态信任博弈,分析了信任在引进职业经理人中的博弈策略,并认为在非完全信息情况下分离博弈均衡有利于民营企业引进职业经理人。
It s a problem of trust that between the private enterprise and the professional manager which puzzled both sides. this article tries to explore the non-complete information dynamic trust game between both sides and to analyze the game strategy when we should adopt in introducing the professional managers into the enterprise. It s better for the private enterprise to introduce the professional manager under the incomplete information of the separates gaming conditions.
