纽曼系统模式对糖尿病患者自我管理疾病能力干预的效果研究

Study on the effect of Neuman system model on the self-management ability of patients with diabetes

目的:探讨纽曼系统模式对糖尿病患者自我管理疾病能力干预的效果。方法:将122例糖尿病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各61例,对照组采用常规护理及糖尿病相关知识指导;观察组同时应用纽曼系统模式对患者进行三级预防护理干预。干预前后采用自行设计的患者对糖尿病及相关知识知晓率、糖尿病患者遵医情况调查表、糖尿病患者自我管理评估量表及血糖、血脂代谢指标比较表,对两组患者护理干预效果进行评定。结果:干预1年后,观察组各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:对糖尿病患者应用纽曼系统模式干预,可有效提高患者掌握疾病的相关知识和遵医行为,可发掘其自我管理疾病能力,进而使血糖、血脂代谢指标降低,提高其生活质量。

Objective：To explore the effect of Neuman system model on the self-management ability of patients with diabetes. Methods：122 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into observation and control groups （61 cases for each group）. The patients in control group were given routine nursing care and guidance on diabetes-related knowledge; the patients in observation group were given nursing intervention of tertiary prevention by applying Neuman system model based on the measures taken in control group. The self - designed questionnaire, self - management assessment scale, blood glucose and lipid metabolism comparative table were used to evaluate the effect of nursing intervention before and after intervention in both groups, such as patient＇s awareness of diabetes -related knowledge and the compliance with doctor＇s prescription, etc. Results： All the indi- cators were better in observation group than the ones in control group after one - year intervention （ P 〈0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Intervention with Neuman system model can effectively improve the awareness rate and compliance of patients with diabetes and develop their selfmanagement ability so as to decrease the level of blood glucose and lipid metabolism and improve patient＇s quality of life as well.
