一次性洗眼受水袋的研制与临床应用

Development of disposable eye wash irrigator and clinical application

目的:研究设计一种省时省力、结构简单、使用方便的眼部冲洗器具,避免目前受水杯的诸多不便与不足。方法:选取2007年1月～2008年10月进行眼部冲洗的240例患者,随机分为对照组116例和观察组124例,对照组给予传统方法洗眼,观察组使用新型一次性洗眼受水袋,在治疗过程中积极地查找问题,结合临床经验和不同患者的个体差异及个体需求,有针对性地分析总结,不断积累经验、反复认真验证,系统的分析整理资料。结果:观察组患者的舒适度、二次选择率、使用满意度方面明显优于对照组,局部污染情况明显减少,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:应用新型一次性洗眼受水袋的患者舒适度、满意度、二次选择率高,局部污染机会少,效果显著,具有很好的临床实用价值。

Objective：To design a time-saving,simple structure,convenient eye wash device in order to refine the existent eye wash irrigator. Methods：240 patients who once received eye wash from January 2007 to October 2008 were randomly divided into control group （n=116） and observation group （n=124）. The conventional eye wash method was used in control group and the new type disposable eye wash irrigator was applied in observation group. The clinical data was systematically analyzed and summarized according to the clinical experience and individual differences and needs in different patients in the course of treatment. Results ： The degree of satisfaction of the patients, the second selection rate, the satisfaction with the irrigator were significantly better in observation group than that in control group. Local infection evidently reduced in observation group, there was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The patients treated with new type disposable eye wash irrigator have much comfort and satisfaction, their second selection rate is higher and local infection is less, and the new irrigator has a good practical value in clinical treatment.
