农村糖尿病足患者教育难点分析及对策

Analysis of difficulty in education on patients with diabetic foot in rural areas and countermeasures

目的:分析农村较城市患者糖尿病足教育难点,找出适合农村糖尿病患者预防糖尿病足的教育方法。方法:通过问卷调查法分别对城市和农村糖尿病足患者相关知识认知及防护措施进行调查,将结果进行统计学分析。结果:农村较城市患者糖尿病足教育难点为经济欠发达、文化水平低、接受能力差、信息来源受限、特殊的生活及工作条件等,影响了农村糖尿病患者对糖尿病足危险因素及足部护理措施知识的认知。结论:必须加强农村糖尿病患者教育力度,建立农村糖尿病网络,采取适合农村糖尿病患者教育的方法,采用强化、反复、焦点式、简单、直观的教育方式,有针对性的对农村糖尿病患者进行教育,提高教育效果,养成良好的足部护理习惯,可以有效地预防糖尿病足。

Objective：To analyze the difficulties in education on patients with diabetic foot in rural areas compared with urban situation to find a suitable method of education for rural patients to prevent diabetic foot. Methods：The questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the cognition of both urban and rural patients in diabetes-related knowledge and the measures of prevention. Results：The causes to lead to the difficulties of education on rural patients with diabetic foot,compared with urban patients,are that the rural area is economically underdeveloped, rural people have low levels of literacy, poor ability to accept knowledge and fewer opportunities to get information, which affected patient＇s cognition in the risk factors for diabetic foot and foot care. Conclusion： The health education on rural diabetic patients must be strengthened and a network to prevent diabetes should be set up in rural areas and the means of education suitable for rural patients should be adopted, such as simple and intuitive ways, to help rural patients to develop good habits for their foot care, which can effectively improve the outcome of prevention of diabetic foot.
