MMPI测试对住院精神病患者危机状态预测分析及心理干预

Predictive analysis of the crisis state of hospitalized psychiatric patients by MMPI test and psychological intervention

目的:了解精神病患者住院期间的心理变化,预测患者危机状态发生。方法:采用明尼苏达多相人格测验计算机诊断系统,对307例住院精神患者心理状态进行测试。结果:自杀自伤、暴力行为的风险倾向高的患者年龄分布在20～40岁之间,疾病类型以情感性精神障碍最为明显。结论:对住院精神患者进行MMPI测查,及时了解患者的心理状态,制订相应的心理干预措施,能够减少自杀自伤、暴力行为等危机事件的发生。

Objective：To investigate psychological changes of the psychiatric patients during hospitalization in order to predict the occurrence of crisis state of the patients. Methods：The Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory Computer Diagnostic System was used to test the psychological state of 307 hospitalized psychiatric patients. Results：The ages of psychiatric patients with high risk of suicide,self-mutilated and violent behavior are from 20 to 40 years old,and the type of the disease is mostly affective disorder. Conclusion： The MMPI test for hospitalized psychiatric patients can timely detect the psychological state of the patients so as to develop appropriate psychological interventions which can effectively reduce the occurrence of suicide, self-mutilated and violent behavior.
