老年癌症患者抑郁状况与社会支持的相关分析及心理护理干预

Correlation analysis of the depression status of elderly cancer patients and social support and psychological nursing intervention

目的:探讨老年癌症患者抑郁与社会支持的关系,以提高老年患者的心理承受能力,做好心理护理。方法:对87例老年癌症患者进行抑郁与社会支持两方面的心理量表调查,以分析其相关性。结果:老年癌症患者抑郁与社会支持呈负相关(r=-0.27,P<0.25)。87例老年癌症患者28例抑郁,占32.76%,高于人群5%～10%的患病率。结论:老年癌症患者抑郁与社会支持呈负相关,心理护理和社会支持非常重要。

Objective：To study the correlation between the depression status of elderly cancer patients and social support so as to provide appropriate psychological nursing care and improve the psychological endurance of elderly cancer patients. Methods：Psychological survey was conducted to investigate the depression of 87 elderly cancer patients and social support in order to analyze their relevance. Results：There was a negative correlation between the depression of elderly cancer patients and social support （r=-0.27,P 〈0. 25 ）. Of all 87 elderly cancer patients, depression occurred in 28 patients, accounting for 32.76%, it was higher than the morbility of the population （5% to 10% ）. Conclusion： The correction is negative between the depression of elderly cancer patients and social support, therefore psychological care and social support is very important.
