浅谈肿瘤器官特异性转移机制

肿瘤转移是一个复杂的过程，具有明显的器官倾向性。随着对肿瘤转移认识的不断深化，人们发现肿瘤特异性转移与肿瘤的异质性和靶器官的作用密切相关。目前认为转移的瘤细胞与内皮细胞的特殊粘附及靶器官内生长因子对肿瘤细胞生长的影响，可能是造成器官特异性转移的主要机制。

Metastasis of a neoplasm is a very complex cause and has markedly organic tendency.As the development of knowledge of tumor metastases,scientists find there are close relationship among specific metastasis of tumor,neoplastic heterogeneity and effect of target organ.It is now recognized that special adhesion of metastatic tumor cells to endothelium cells and influence of growth factors in target organ to growth of tumor cells may be main mechanism of metastasis of organ specificity.
