摘要
目前,我国房地产市场处于整体盘整阶段,地产市场人气低迷,甚至引发了房地产市场"拐点"论。从住房市场上消费者需求入手,根据相关数据,分析影响住房市场价格涨跌的主要因素,结合对消费者需求的分析,探讨了我国住房价格市场的发展方向。
Currently, domestic real estate market is in the process of consolidation, which causes a soft market and even gives rise to ＂turning point＂ theory. Starting from consumer＇s demands in the real estate market, this paper discusses the underlying reasons for these phenomena in accordance with the corresponding data. With the help of the analysis of consumer＇s demand, this paper puts forward some ways on how to develop the real estate price market in China.
