摘要
二段导师活动对学生行为态度、业务学习能力培养起到了很大的促进作用,对现行医学教育改革也有诸多的启示。以上海交通大学口腔医学院的教学实践为例,探讨了以学生为中心、注重课外活动这一内容的发展也是医学教育改革的重点之一。
The second-stage-supervisor activity carried out by Medical school,Shanghai Jiao Tong University had good effect on promotion of students learning attitude and behavior and had some implications on current medical education reform. Take the teaching practice of College of Stomatology,Shanghai Jiao Tong University for example,we discussed the student-centered teaching focusing on extracurricular activities in medical education reform.
