摘要
目的了解健康体检服务市场的构成情况,探讨健康体检人群的特点。方法根据WHO标准分年龄组,依据国家推荐标准GB/T4754-2002分行业统计分析重庆市48877例体检人群的体检时间、年龄、性别构成、体检人群的行业构成等情况,比较其差异。结果4、6、11月体检人员较多,1、2、8月体检人员较少;参检人员中青年组32813例(67.13%),中年组11952例(24.45%),老年组4112例(8.41%);男性26976(55.19%)例,女性21901(44.81%)例;党政机关和社会团体、交通运输及邮电通信业和制造业为前3位参检行业,分别占19.81%、17.08%和15.21%。结论健康体检服务市场有一定的时间规律,存在旺季和淡季;中青年为主要体检对象;体检者男性略多于女性,事业单位和运输、通信业单位对体检较为重视。
Objective To investigate the construction of healthy physical examination service market and master the subjects'age,gender and time for health examination. Methods Age groups are divided according to WHO standard, 48877 targeted subjects in different occupation were analyzed statistically for time,age,gender and occupational construction depending on the standard(GB/T4754-2002),and the differences among the groups were compared. Result April, June,November had higher number of examination subjects. However January,February and August had lower number of suhjects. Among the 48877 subjects,32813 (67.13%)are the young group,11952 (24.45%) were the middle-aged group,4112 are the old aged group. For the gender,thenumber of male (26976)took for 55.19% and the female (21901) aeeounted for 44.81%. Organs of political parties and social groups,transport and posts and telecommunications and manufacturing sectors seized the former three in physical examination,9684 cases(19.81%),8346 eases(17.08%) and 7434 cases(15.21% )respectively. Conclusion There exists certain regularity of time in healthy examination market and season and the off-season. Young and middle aged people are the main targets of examination. The number of male is slightly higher than that of female. Institutions and transport and communication units pay more attention to healthy physical examination.
