独立设置医科大学学科融合的重要意义

Implications of discipline amalgamation and integration in an independent academic medical university

医学院校与综合性大学合并已成为高校体制改革的重要内容。然而,在合并后也出现了一些诸如行政层级增加致使管理效率降低,综合大学管理过程中忽略医学学科自身特点以及医学与非医学学科交叉整合不充分等问题。为了探索独立办学医科大学学科建设发展的路子,本研究以独立办学医科大学的视角,从学科建设的背景、可行性、构建原则、融合方案等方面,探索了独立办学医科大学的学科建设模式,为独立设置的医科大学学科发展提供参考。

Merging medical universities with comprehensive universities has become an important aspect of colleges＇ and universities＇ reform in China. However,after merging with a comprehensive university,some problems have happened： decreased management efficiency as a result of over-hierarchical administration,neglect of own features of medical faculties,as well as less than expected cooperation of medical and non-medical subjects and so on. In this context, from the perspective of an independent medical university,a theoretical and practical model for developing multidisciplinary faculty was formulated and implemented in an academic medical university, including background analysis, feasibility, developing principles, integrating strategies, in the hope of providing some implications for other independent medical schools.
