摘要 目的分析和评价模拟人在心肺复苏(CPR)教学中的应用效果。方法采用SimMan综合仿真模拟人,对120名医学本科五年级和七年制学生进行心肺复苏教学,所有学生分为两组:模拟人组(SIM组,n=60)和多媒体组(MM组,n=60),训练结束后,进行理论题测试和操作测试,采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)方法和问卷调查评估教学效果。结果模拟人组和多媒体组学生的理论测试成绩相近,分别为90.0±18.0 vs 91.0±22.0(P>0.05);模拟人组的操作考试评分95.3±24.2,明显高于多媒体组学生65.3±23.3(P<0.05);模拟人组对教学效果的VAS评分为9.5±1.2,明显高于多媒体组的5.6±1.8(P<0.05);95%的学生对考试方法表示满意,满意度评分(VAS)为9.0±1.2。结论采用模拟人系统进行医学生CPR教学训练,不仅可以明显提高学生的操作能力,而且可以作为有效的考评工具或方法,深受学生欢迎。 Objective To analyse and evaluate the effect of SimMan system on Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training far students. Methods 120 five-year undergraduate medical students and seven-year undergraduate medical students practised CPR using a SimMan system. All students were divided into 2 groups: group SIM (simulation) and group MM(multi-media),the principle thesis test and the operational test were taken following MM or SIM teaching,and the questionnaire survey and visual analogue scale (VAS) performed. Results The theory test scores were similar both in group SIM and group MM (P〉0.05). The operational test scores of group SIM were 95.3±24.2,significantly higher than that of group MM 65.3±23.3 (P〈0.05). VAS of teaching effect in group SIM were 9.5±1.2,significantly higher than that of group MM 5.6±1.8 (P〈0.05),meanwhile,95% students were satisfied with the test method,and the degree of satisfaction grading (VAS) were 9.0±1.2. Conclusion With such practices,Sim- Man system was proved to be good for improving clinical practical skills and may be a usefull test method.
