摘要
目的:探讨影响专科院校护理专业教师科研发展的因素并寻求解决对策。方法:从某所有10年护理专科教育历史院校的教师科研论文的质量和护理科研立项两个方面分析该专科院校护理科研现状。结果:科研论文质量不高,护理科研课题立项较少,与该院校护理教师脱离临床实践、自身外语水平不高、统计学知识欠缺及护理课题的申报难以中标等因素有关。结论:增强护理教师临床实践,加强专科院校护理教师科研素质培养,加快护理科研创新团队的组建孵育,加大资金扶持是提高护理科研水平的有效之策。
Objective:To explore the factors of affecting development of scientific research of nursing teachers in nursing colleges and try to find measures for improvement. Methods:Analyzing the statue quo of nursing scientific research from the quality of nursing research papers and established nursing research projects of a 10 - year - old nursing college. Results: The quality of nursing research papers were not very high and the established nursing projects were less, which correlated with nursing teachers separating from clinical work , their limited foreign language level and statistical knowledge , and the difficulty of nursing research project to get supporting fund. Conclusion: Providing opportunities for nursing teachers to work in hospital, improving their researching abilities, strengthening the construction of research and innovation team and increasing research supporting funds were effective measures to improve the nursing scientific research level in nursing colleges.
