摘要
分析了长江流域的气候特征和居住建筑节能的必要性,以及当前该地区实施的热环境和节能标准,提出具体的适宜长江流域居住建筑节能的基本技术路线;建议长江流域宜确定两个不同等级(舒适性和可居住性)的居住建筑热环境质量保障标准,提出满足该标准的调节阳光、改进通风、隔热防潮、户为单元、温湿分控等适宜长江流域居住建筑的节能技术措施。
Analyses the climate characteristics and necessity of energy saving in residential buildings and standards of thermal environment and energy efficiency in this region. Puts forward a concrete technology roadmap suitable for energy efficiency improvement in this scope. Proposes to adopt two sets of quality guarantee standards of thermal environment. Gives energy efficiency measures including sunlight adjustment, ventilation improvement, heat insulation, damp-proofing, one-family-unit base and separate control of temperature and humidity for meeting the reouirements of the standards.
